My own Cherry liquid? What do I need?

Hi all,

Since I started vaping back in July 2010 cherry has been one of my staple liquids. What do I need to make my own?

Just cherry flavoring, nic liquid, then just pg/vg?

Is it that simple? Do I need like alcohol or sweetener or anything? Never done DIY and looking to get into it, in orer to save money. Thanks!

Yes, it is that simple. Or it is not that simple. Both are correct.

If the cherry flavoring you start with is a perfect match to your premixed juice flavoring, without alterations or additions, then it is that simple. Nic, pg/vg, and flavoring equals juice.

Now if the premixed cherry flavor you are attempting to replicate does not match exactly with any of the 5 I can think of, off the top of my head, then it is not that simple.

There is only one way to find out.

Try it. Have fun with it. Mix up some experiments without nic and see what you can create. Who knows? You may be the great cherry mix master?

Cherry's a hard one if you're trying for a strong flavor that doesn't remind you of cough syrup.

My next attempt will be a blend of FA Cherry and PA Maraschino Cherry.

Cherry Blossom it is, also in the market for a good cherry, doesn't help that there's about 20 different cherry flavorings out there...
