Actually a couple of surprising thing to me at least. Found out different tastes of nic and VG depending on sources and that I like some of them unflavored. Also, just a drop or two of menthol (not enough to actually taste it) makes many other flavors pop... and "undetectable" Koolada really helps with the TH. I put a bit of it in pretty much all my juices except the higher nic ones.
This. Just the tiniest bit of menthol--1 drop per ml absolute maximum, and it could be 1 drop per 10 ml--makes any flavor brighter. Start at 1 drop per 10 ml and work your way up from there.
"Undetectable" Koolada isn't undetectable.
Call me crazy, but I detect a distinct mint-like note.
Thanks for that info. I count myself way lucky now as I really, reeeeally, dislike mint vapes and have, evidently, been spared tasting it in Koolada but it makes sense it would be something in the mint family.

Guys, if you have Sweet Tart... I'm so surprised at how much I like this one. 5%, with 1% Fresh Cream. I thought it might have rough edges, so I tried to smooth it out before I gave them a chance to get pointy.

And I'm having the opposite result. I was thinking it tasted like some medicine I got as a kid. I might add some cream to smooth it out. Great idea. I also mixed it with juicy fruit, and it tasted dead-on like the medicine. I actually cringed, and I'm not usually a cringer. Idk what that means.
oh man I cant remember my starting point on sweet tarts but not sure i care lol. that stuff taste to me just like chewable baby aspirin's. maybe ill give it one more shot at .5 with some cream but I'll have to pump myself up for awhile before i try it again lol.
That's what it is!!! Children's aspirin. I knew it was some medication from my childhood. Thank you. It was strangely bugging me.
Hmm. I don't get that flavor memory at all. I get a true sweet tart, but it's smoooooth. Kinda silky? I remember reading someone started at 5%, said it was too strong. I did it at 5% anyway and 1% fresh cream. I really do like it, not an ADV, but I do.

I have a fairly large empty bottle (had VG in it) which I took a marker to and labeled it: FRUIT FAILURE. Tomorrow I'm gonna drip all those weird juice failures one more time, and if they still taste weird they all go together into the bottle. The resulting juice might taste like heaven and will be impossible to recreate, but at least it will be a BIG bottle of heaven. More likely it will taste like Listerine. Yep.

I mixed up Pineapple, Strawberry (ripe), green apple, black cherry, blueberry (xtra), key lime, & Orange Cream because I wanted a skittle. WoW this taste so good!!! They are all TFA flavors at 10% each. Strong and flavorful. If ya don't want to use them at that percentage take it down to where you feel comfortable, it is delicious. You can substitute flavors with lemon and lime too.
I made a recipe I saw in here somewhere. It was 9%TFA RY4D, 4%TFA Expresso & 2% TFA DK tobacco. It didn't quite do it for me.
.....So I screwed with it! I added 2% FA Cocoa, 2% TFA Peppermint, 1% TFA Sweetener and 1% EM. Now it tastes like................

Yup. Although I've never had luck with koolada the few times I added a drop to any mix, the whole batch kind of congealed. Off-putting...I threw out that bottle of koolada and the resulting mixes. They tasted menthol'ish but oddly too strong and not kool.

I got one of those Big Bottles ... more like Purgatory. No Heaven there.

I imagine most of us have a bottle like that. I do. It was definitely not heavenly. I turned it into a weed pesticide. Worked wonders on getting rid of my grass, real grass...not the euphemism. In the process now of turning all the dead grass into a raised vegetable patch. Grass is a waste of space, and without kids, serves no purpose imo.
