I know this is an 'older' thread but I've only just recently discovered the "Elite" 808 and after having used it for over two weeks I'm all in for it! The "Elite" is a 'new generation' 808 meaning; better flavor, tons of vapor and great throat hit with 24 mg Nic juice. It's a beautifully machined & well balanced ecig that takes all the 'muss' & 'fuss' out of vaping. Pop on a pre-filled Cartomizer and go.... terrific 'cig-a-like' that will last all day with most vapers. I've now determined I'm selling what little I have left of my 510's as there simply is no comparison to ease of use and flavor. If you love your juices you'll love the "Elite 808"

I am loving the new stealth button design Elite batteries (very classy), w/color options and the new 2.0 Clear & Easy tanks!

The Elite system keeps getting better and better..it is by far my favorite 808 set up!

I'm glad I still have the Elite as my backup. I went swimming and forgot I had my Elite in my pocket... got it out quickly, but the battery was acting like it was dead. I was going to order another Elite kit, but the TurboEZ was on sale and I liked the design and the idea of a tank system. Skip forward a few weeks, I had friends over and I wanted to have a few things filled so that they could try out some different flavors... screwed the dead battery onto the charger and got happy blinky lights! It charged right up, so I'm going to order some c&e 2.0's as backups as soon as I have some spare cash. I'm just really sick of dealing with cartomizers, so it's going to be pretty much tanks for me from here on out.

With the Clear & Easy 2.0, the Go-Tanks, and the EZ Turbo ... I know what you mean. No hassle ... GREAT flavor.

Just re-ordered a new Elite kit. Been almost a year and a half since I've kicked analogs and been vaping again. I've gone through 3 of these batteries. One my friends dog chewed to shreds when I crashed at his place after bar hopping. One I left at a house party. The 3rd and my most used battery kicked for good somehow one day about 5 months ago IIRC. Just wouldn't charge one morning. I've moved up to variable voltage Ego's and close to purchasing a 510/ego threaded mech mod, but I still love these Elite 808's. Great throat hit, vapor production, flavor and battery life, good looking but still not so standout they attract unwanted attention all the time and they aren't bulky. Really they're convenient.

I recently picked up a Volt auto bat as an on the go battery and have to say, maybe I got a bad battery, but they don't hold a candle to these. Volt get great reviews and as I posted in a Volt thread, I do think because of some other signs I did get a weak/bad battery, but still, the Elite is so much better. And I say that as a Volt/Smokeless fan as well, cause I love their carts, they work flawlessly with the Elite batteries.

Chose the Menthol Sensation liquid. Was going back and forth between that and the Storm, really loved both flavors when I originally ordered this kit originally a year and a half ago. Maybe I should have added a bottle of that to my order haha. Anyway, just came to post some praise, even though I've found some supposedly better apparatus then KR808's, still love the Elite and will always use it the most of any of my devices, at least and especially when on the go for work, poker, going out, etc.

Peace.

I currently have a version 1 prototype of what the new Elite 2.0 is to be modeled after...Actually there have been several (3-4) versions we played with over the last couple of years that eventually just got shelved because they just were not quite as stealthy in design.

In most cases they were larger sized batteries. Some of which had additional bells and whistles (i.e. LCD puff counter/battery life grid, more LED battery indicator lights, exotic colors and in a variety of smooth and textured body finishes. They just were non consistent in the direction of what made the Elite so popular from the start. An easy to use , no fuss no muss, sleek and small sized e-cig that you can take anywhere and not look like your vaping an apparatus straight out of a science fiction movie!

The New Elite 2.0 will actually be sleeker in design and have appeal to those wanting something that is more discrete in public yet looks very classy should you whip it out at the casino, bar or anywhere else public and draw positive attention rather than; "Is that a pipe bomb or some sort of detonator"!!??

Expect to still be able to use your Elite cartomizer's, Elite Tanks and even something all together new on the Elite 2.0 without taking anything away from the aesthetics and seem less design. Expect no compromise in performance and keep an open mind that Variable voltage, variable wattage, large sized batteries with an array of buttons to press all have their place in this wonderful world of vaping though not so important when it comes to improvement of a popular vaping device such as the Elite, where complexity is never a factor.

Frank will update soon when the Elite 2.0 is finally launched....stay tuned! I think you will like what you see!
