My Package Arrived Empty-E-Juice Stolen?

Well, I just recived my package from AVE and the package arrived ripped on top and no e-juice, just the invoice and a couple of business cards. And in the back of the package, it is written "You Rock!!".


Now, if this dosn't look like and inside job or someone looking for AVE package to steal, I don't know what to say!.
I am real ...... right now!..I submitted a ticket to AVE to see what they can do, if not, I will have to contact my CC company and issue a complaint.


Anybody had this happen to?

Yep there is alot of creeps out there.... oh, by the way this is what AVE's web site says:

it IS you who should report it to USPS...think about it -- the top suspects are: kids in your neighborhood and the delivery service. who's to say they won't do it again with another package of yours? at least they (USPS) will be on the lookout. AVE has an excellent track record and since it's just him and his wife running the operation, it is ridiculous to think they'd pull such a stunt. as for the packaging, many vendors package their bottles in USPS approved envelopes...having them packaged in a box isn't going to deter such a lowlife from simply cutting it open to retrieve the contents. sure, contact AVE and if you're lucky, maybe they'll decide as a GOODWILL gesture to replace your purchase...however, it isn't their fault that this happened, and complaining to the cc company is unfair...AVE didn't do anything wrong.

Help me out here. What are you insinuating by referring to an "inside job"? Inside where? A vaping postal worker? AVE employees? Neither sounds likely.

Sorry to hear you had a delivery issue...

All my orders from AVE have had "You rock!" written on them. I believe it's something AVE does themselves.

oh yeah, that's right! not only that, i just had another thought -- perhaps the package got ripped open by a machine while being sorted at the post office -- yet, another reason why the OP should be contacting them.

Oh, so it's my fault that I didn't get what I paid for? And it's ok if AVE dosn't do right by re-sending me the order I paid for? So I should just suck it up and take a $50 loss due to USPS ....ty service which is the only shipping option AVE uses to ship their products. Well, I have a right to complain about it, And Okie, I don't care what that crap says either!

I didn't expect attacks from the fanboys, but that's to be expected I guess in forms, forms are all the same, this one is no different. Sorry for posting in the thread, I should have known better.

I'll move along now and leave the kids to enjoy their AVE juices.

Your issue is with USPS and not AVE.

How can it possibly be AVE's fault that the USPS screwed your package up?

I think the OPand the fans here may be overlooking something and getting OP worked up. Here's the deal... I can kind of see why OP thinks it may be AVE's fault for not using a more sturdy package, BUT... It's the USPS's responsibility to get the package to OP in good condition. My opinion is that the Wookies at AVE probably have the best discount in the world and would have no reason to steal it. Also keep in mind that AVE ships using the same type of packaging for most of their orders without a problem. I have had MANY packages mutilated by shipping services, no matter how well they are wrapped. If OP decides to poopoo AVE, then it's his choice, but I would guess that if his local post office is stealing from the packages, no matter WHO he orders juice from, or HOW well the package is wrapped, he will continue to have things stolen from his packages in transit, unless he files a complaint with the postal service and has something done about it.
