I placed an order on July 22 (which I received completely in 2 separate packages)....and about 20 minutes later decided I wanted to add another bottle of juice to the order. I emailed Chris to verify that I could add another bottle to my order. He emailed me and told me to go ahead and order it. I did....

As of today, it has been 3 weeks and 1 day and I still do not have this bottle of cheesecake juice. I emailed Chris and told him...he said he was going to be mailing it on Monday and it's still not here!!! I don't want it anymore....but I DO want my money back. I will order it from ********** so that I can actually get what I pay for.

This is why customer service isnt taken seriusly, wouldnt matter if it was 1.00 people should get what they order and pay for in a timely manner. I don't blame them for being .......

I ordered something and did not receive it. I could order all day long and spend every penny I make........not receiving anything kinda takes the fun out of it....

It was just really blown up like it was a huge order.

Anyways it could of been lost in the mail. I have had things get lost including a battery for a E-Cig.

Anyways most of the time I get tracking numbers sent, but sometimes I don't. TW one time forgot to send me a tracking number one time.

Hope the best, and I bet everything gets worked out.
