my pocket case won't hold my battery

hi guys, just got my nebula in the mail this morning, really happy with it (will have to color the stripe black though ) but the case won't hold any of the carts or batteries really well. any reason for this or did I just get a defunct case? I might just order a the pcc from e-liquid planet and use it as a holder

Same here. The batteries are a bit too long. After a few times if jamming them into the slots and pulling them out, it seems to have gotten better. I can't get the carts to fit properly - one side just won't go down. Would have been nice to have it a little more custom for the Nebula and the carts.

Hey there.. a little tip-- If you leave the rubber caps on, they'll hold in better.. let me know if this helps..we are also looking into some custom cases in the near future

Hey Ceryni I just got my kit this week, been loving it. But how are your batteries doing?

The first 2-3 days was great, was only having to charge them once each, every day.

Now I'm having to swap the batteries out after about 2 hours use, vape about 15-20 minutes an hour, so total vaping about 30-40 minutes then they crap out on me.
