Guys,

I am really sorry if any one of you have been waiting an extended period of time for response to your CS Tickets.

I usually try and answer all tickets by 6pm on the work day, the day I receive the ticket.

I have been really busy with all the work around that I would like to take a moment and say that I am sorry.

It is my responsibility to help everyone with any issue that might occur, and I take my job seriously. Which is why I am starting this thread to let everyone know what has been going on.

I have not had any time today or last Friday to respond to many Tickets, due to shipments that have come in from Greece of GG. I even worked through the weekend.

We should be back to normal soon, and I promise to do my best to get to every CS Ticket that has been placed.

My Bad Guys :(

Well like the last week or two has been crazy with GG stuff.

I will try and get a handle on all tickets. Im sorry like I have said they have been building up.

I thought I had gotten to many in the short lull between shipments though...

You have placed CS Tickets? Or request info on product details?

Because I do not control the latter...
