Ok, I read all that but I still don't understand how I can become qualified to post in classified section. it says I'm verified but it will not allow me to post. not the most computer savy person here lol

I suspect it's because you aren't past your first 5 posts. Until you do that, you're stuck in the New Members forum. However, you probably will want to get verified anyhow. Follow the link posted earlier for how to get verified.
