" My Posts" not working?

it was working well till just a few minutes ago but now there is this error message

connection to 172.16.1.1:9312 failed (errno=111, msg=Connection refused)


there was a different message the first time it failed but i did not copy it - something like 'asked for connection .... but got connection ........

same thing is happening with 'my threads' - i'll be very slow getting around

It's something on their server side, maybe firewall or something, I was having same problem earlier
