i love peppermint but if it feels cool when you inhale, then i think im gonna pass.
My preloaded cartos taste like burnt grossness.

yea there is a coolness but its subtle. But that is what mint does I guess lol.... but its not harsh at like menthol and I do like menthol as well.
I just received my first order from V4L myself, two cartos "burned out" in two days, I took the first one apart so I could start dripping it, pulled out the filler and the whole wick came out with it, black stuff everywhere and a hole burned right through the filler. Sucks too, it was the best carto I've gotten so far, best vapor out of the whole pack. Oh it was the Dunhall and Kant cartos that burnt out. I vapped on a 555 carto till it just started to get that burnt taste and refilled it with the V4L 8mg 555 juice, so far I've refilled it 4 times, no problems with that carto so far. I'm gonna get some more juice and some blanks next week, see how that goes...
the coolness of the peppermint ice cream is very subtle and nothing like a menthol or regular peppermint vape. It's a really smooth flavor and I think that people who don't get into minty flavors could get into this. It is a little tame for me as the last peppermint juice I tried actually tasted like I was vaping straight peppermint extract. I'd like to find something in between those two flavors but I have yet to try anything in peppermint from V4L aside from the ice cream.

Here you are saying that all of the cartos you received tasted burnt. That is exactly what I was referring to in my post. And not that you are stupid, but that maybe you need to change your vaping method, length of draws, etc. Maybe you are doing something when you use these cartos that causes them to overheat and burn too fast. That's all I was trying to say to you. And then maybe the order wouldn't be a total bust. That's all dude-nothing personal. No one was trying to make you feel like an idiot, as you think.

Thank you for that. This thread actually put me in a tough place. I made it the day my first V4L order came in and it just wasn't what I'd expected. I honestly think that my biggest problem would be the extreme heat that the order had to endure to make it here not to mention sitting on my porch until I came home from work that day.
I did find that being extra careful, taking light drags at first, and a few of the other tips I got here helped me salvage some of the cartos in the boxes that I was having problems with and those taste amazing. My blanks taste amazing as well. Some of the prefilleds, no matter how careful I am just don't taste right though leading me to believe my heat theory. The day they sat on my porch had been the second hottest day of the year over here, after all.
When I first encountered this problem, I was angry. Now that I have had a few days to sit with my order, I love the product and have probably been fully converted to v4l products. In a way, it makes me feel bad for being so angry on the first day. Customer service was very helpful, the portion of the prefilleds that I did get to work taste pretty awesome, and I've made another order since and am brainstorming what to get on my third huge order. Yes, this will be the mother of all orders.

I hated the bananas foster from V4L. very disgusting, almost made me sick to my
stomach. I am just going to throw them out or boil them. I afraid that if I boil them
that nasty flavor will not go away.

drain them first with a reverse taryn spin, then wash them out with vodka or PGA and the flavor will be gone.
Im glad your liking your V4L products better now,some flavors we just dont love.I live in Key West and my stuff sits in the mail box all day sometimes,its fine.I dont think the heat is the problem.Just choose some different flavors and enjoy the journey.Your not gonna love every flavor you purchase,its just how it is.Its a big learning experience and it costs a few bucks to find your favs.GO FOR IT!!

samples of the lung juice, got a few organic juices at Vaperite, and a couple
of VG juices from ecigsupply. I am definetly searching for a good daily vape.
When using the reverse taryn spin, would it get more juice out of the cart if you took off the end cap first?
