I've probably used 100 carto's, only one was bad out of the box; a Pear carto that shut off the battery after 1 second.

Maybe there was a bad batch.

we will make you smile, no problem. you may also want to do a taryn spin to get the juice dispersed thruout the cart. i have had a few bum ones, but never what your talking about

either way, rest assured, I give the BEST warrantee anywhere:D

Steve

I would just like to add that I hated stating this complaint. I've tried many cartomizers in the past mostly 510s. I recently saw a few Youtube videos of Leaford explaining products and the things he were saying were awesome. I had to try these cartomizers. I got myself a vaporking and a few 510 adapters so I could also enjoy these cartomizers on a few of my other batts.

I love what you are doing here. The colors, the labels, the airflow, the samples. I love it all. When I got my first order in today, I knew even before opening the bubble wrap that I had hit the vaping goldmine. I have never been this excited about getting an order.

This problem I'm having with the prefilleds kind of sucks, sure. I have one of the peppermint cartos going now and two of the blanks that I have filled with my juice. Three hit flavor combo. The taste, vapor, quality, and look of the blanks are top notch. I have never experienced a cartomizer that performs like these blanks. I am in awe.

I hate complaining about anything but I also don't like the idea that there may be a simple solution. Maybe it's something that I've been doing wrong. Maybe they are just a little dry because it's almost 100 degrees outside and they spent four days in transit. Who knows. I just want it to be known that even with these issues, I am extremely pleased with this order. I have found my new source for blanks for sure.

They hold more juice. It is easy to carry around two or three of them if you want to switch out flavors. They require a lot less maintenance than an atomizer. They only cost about two bucks each and can last for weeks sometimes. With the condom method, they are so much faster to fill than a cart.

I used to think that the idea of a disposable atty was dumb and didn't understand why anyone would want to go that route but than I would have days where all of my atomizers hated me and wanted to act up. This frustrated me and made me want to smoke. Once I tried cartomizers and realized that all I had to do is fill it in the morning and vape all day without putting much thought in it, I was hooked.

Hell, I've had cartomizers that last longer than atomizers and that's insane considering atomizers cost anywhere between eight and fifteen bucks. I still use an atty from time to time but I've completely switched to cartos for the most part. The blanks here taste like a fresh 510 atty and from what I've seen tonight produce even better vapor than them. You should try some out.

What's the advantage to using cartomizers in the first place?

For me - not adopting another hobby that I have neither the time nor the patience for.

If cartomizers weren't an option - I'd still be smoking. They are the _only_ current choice that I have even the vaguest interest in.

This has been my experience with every single cartomizer from V4L. Even blanks.

I am convinced there is some sort of internal material in these things that just over rides almost any flavor you try to add, it always tastes like burnt perfume. About the only types of flavors that over ride it are menthols, but it's still there if even only faintly.

I really noticed this when I loaded up my 510 with Texas from Vapor Station, which is delicious. Then I filled a blank V4L cartomizer from the very same bottle and it tasted just like the pre-filled ones I got. Hideous.

Yea I am pretty underwhelmed with these cartomizers too. I ordered 10 pre-filled and got a bunch of samplers and as far as I am concerned everyone of them is worthless to me because they are so horrible.

I thought about hanging on to them for people who want to try the E-cig, but that might not be a good idea since it will most likely just turn anyone off immediately.

I received my kit and pre-filled carts on Monday (what fast shipping!). I've had none that tasted burnt or any issues at all. I didn't love a couple of flavors but that's just individual taste - no person will love every flavor.

I have only been vaping about a month. I had a 3 piece e-cigarette and was pretty pleased with it overall. I was ordering the 2 piece to give to someone else but then decided to try it. Now its mine, LOL. I like that I don't have to blow out atomizers, have them fail, have to keep buying them, etc. I'm also finding the 2 piece to have more consistent performance all the way through the end of the cartomizer.

One of the reasons I looked to Vapor4Life was that I have no desire to be filling cartridges (and neither does the person I was originally buying it for). I want something I can put together and vape. Vapor4Life has a fantastic assortment of flavors so I knew I would be able to find a few that I liked. I also was happy to see that they offer all levels of nicotine. My goal is to get to 0 nicotine at some point and its nice to see a vendor offer all the flavors at the lower (8 and under) nicotine levels. Many vendors only have the higher nicotine levels available.

I'm a new customer and pretty new overall to vaping and I am a happy customer. :)

Dont take your opinion to be a fact.Alot of vapers love V4L and the prefilled cartos. Its a shame that you personally dont like them, but dont try to ruin it for the many new vapers that may, like alot of us,love them.

dont listen to that guy. he has a thread complaining about his cases not closing too. i think he is just bashing V4L. ive never seen anyone else say that V4L cartos all taste bad no matter what.

I think that when someone finds "all" of the cartos to be bad, "burnt", and taste awful, they are probably doing something they shouldn't be. They might not like the flavor, but it's unlikely that all of them would be bad at the same time. Probably making the same mistake I still make from time to time, and vape it too long, trying to get one more puff out of it before changing it out, and have to toss it.

I have used literally hundreds since March, on all types of batteries and models, and have never once found any of them to taste 'defective'. I've had only three single cartos be duds, in hundreds of cartos I have ordered and bought from other vapers. Sure didn't like every flavor, but I sense some operator error here. Maybe some more practice will help? :D:D

Oh, and my carry-case from my Ultimate Ultimatum kit doesn't close either. Not worth mentioning to customer service, since I use the PCC and they just aren't designed to be high-quality accessories. It wouldn't hold enough for me anyway!!

I never said that "all" of the cartomizers were bad. If it makes you feel better to think that I'm too stupid to use a cartomizer, go for it. Whatever floats your boat, pal. I had a large ratio of bad ones to good ones in a couple of the bargain boxes. That's all. They seem dry to me. All of the people that brag about having hundreds of good ones and never a bad one just serves to make me feel like an idiot. Thanks.

You've never had a bad carto? GOOD FOR YOU! Have a cookie. I've been using cartos for a long time. Sure this is my first VFL order but it is sure not my first cartomizer.

If I've learned anything from this issue it is to go to customer service and skip the forum. Really, some of you were very helpful but some of you seemed to just come in and brag about not being an idiot like me. I've stated that I also received a large amount of good cartos in the batch as well so I'm obviously not too dumb to use a carto.

Just take comfort in knowing that if you ever have an issue with a product that you'd like advice on, I won't be lining up to laugh at you. What's the point? Thanks anyway. Customer service is taking care of me and I'm done here unless someone else decides to be a meanie. Thanks for the tips all who helped.

Dead topic.

somewhere out there......
I have in the past had some cartos that came kinda dry. But I don't think i ever had any that had a burnt taste on arrival.... I always take a few primer puffs before really vaping, this seems to help getting the cartos wicking up the ejuice. And if I like the flavor I put those cartos aside and order up the same Ejuice to fill it back up.

Thats why I love those pre-filled sample packs... I hope they get them in for the Wow ejuice line in the premium cartos so we can start sampling that as well.

After a week on one Carto I throw it out and start a new. So that gives me up to 5 weeks of vaping on one pack of cartos... can't go wrong with that. I know some folks can go even longer but to me after a week the cartos aren't wicking properly and it becomes a hassle.

But that new Peppermint Wow juice is fantastic. I'm hoping Smilin is getting in some menthol or mint vanilla ;) in for the Wow Ejuice line.... ooooh mint vanilla sounds goooooooood. :)
