Thanks All for the kind words and replies!

A cool twist Reminds me of a zippo - perhaps that was what ignited the inspiration seen here.

you are absolutely correct! lol!

Sweet! Very nice! Okay How much? When will mine be ready? lol
How do you charge it?

with a Canon battery charger. ;)

That is one beautiful piece of work! I LOVE it. Are you going to submit it to the Janty contest? I want to see it mass produced so I can have one. I especially like that the atomizer folds up so it fits in a pocket better.

Janty has a contest? hmmm.....

being able to pocket it without snagging or worrying about breaking it was my second necessity. first was extended battery life, but ~ safety first! please notice - you can't operate it when the stem is clipped to the side in carry mode.
:D

I love the internet!!

On our last diving holliday my wife burned out the CCD of her Cannon Ixus taking a picture of a whale shark from bellow straight into the sun. The cost of repair is the same as buying a replacement so camera,2 batteries (identical in voltage/output to this mod) and charger are mine to play with.It was only last night that I was considering if the one battery would suffice in my proposed mod or should I follow others and put both in series and get a 7 volt monster.
Thank you, you have answered my question....no need to risk burned out atomisers at 7 volts if 3.7 volts from 1 battery gives 10 hours use.I love the look of your mod..................a real Terminator model!!!!!!!!!Thats' it.....call it The Terminator

yes! in the states it's know as a Canon PowerShot SD xxx IS (digital elf). mine is the SD700is. my wife and i occasionally do some extended traveling, so i picked up some spare batts from eBay ($12 US for 2 new w/free shipping!) and noticed that the 3.7V was what is argueably considered "optimum" for an all-around good vaping experience. and 1120mAh ?... bonus!

Excellent! How about a video of the vapor? Looks like you should patented it.

if y'all can stand the site of my ugly mug, i'll work on one

patents cost money. if i had money i would have built it from something other than an old computer case, a broken Cuisinart coffee maker, old Nokia cell phone and car timing chain.
i'd also have better tools than the assorted files and a cordless hand drill i used for this.
man, a drill press would sure be nice!!
