Depeinding on the cause, 2 options:
Is it the door, or is it the bottle banging against the door?
If it's the bottle, slide it down snug against the bottom. That holds with the old 510. With the new 510, in my woodvils, I slide a little peice of silicone (the plug from end of a carto!!) under the bottle - no more rattle!
If it's the door itself, you're gonna give it a tiny little bend. So it "bows out". Just a touch. Rob demos this in a video as a way to run with no magnets! Somewhere in this forum, there's a video of bending the door just right...

Love those gold SL's.

For the door, you might want to put just one or two layers of scotch tape on the inside of the door at the bottom (might have to cut to size for the SL door).

Thanks rob, working well and loving the design! so whats this little string for that came with the button cover? Any tips on taking care of the annodized finish?

The string is to go "inside" the button cover, if it's not tight enough to stay on without it.

Just soap and water when ya feel like it.. press the button breath in... breath out.. repeat. Lol

just shoved up in there? My cover spins on the firing button. Tried to wrap it around the firing button like dental floss, but it doesn't stick to itself and won't stay on, will just shoving some in the button cover help that?

lol deb, i am also confused on the string application. just going naked atm. and im DIGGIN the reo, thanks for askin. Cant wait to get a smaller diameter atomizer for it. debating the cyclone, origin lil, or chalice atm.
