Seems like over the last few weeks my reo has been quirky. I'm not getting as good of vapor anymore. Still rocking a .6ohm coil on 1/16th bit with 26 Awg kanthal with cotton. On the same aw imr 1600s. Still using 100%vg unflavored juice... I'm just mot getting a fullfilling vape. Any ideas?

Also I have to squeeze the living crap out of my bottle to get my coil wet... Need help :(

Before you give it a hot bath under a running faucet, you might want to fill the bottle with alcohol and squeeze the bottle so the alcohol comes out the catch cup. Take a toothbrush and dish soap to the firing pin while holding it down too, and then use an emery board to lightly file the firing pin before applying noalox.

It works every time for me. I go into denial for a few days before I make myself do it.

Thanks for the tips, but I've already cleaned it well and made sure there was no water, and the firing pin looks new still, not grime or anything

you need to put noalox on the tip of the firing pin.. it can look clean but file it and put the nox on it and you'll be back in biz again..

If you didn't file the firing pin and put noalox on it, it can look new and still not connect good

Good to know. I'm (erm...) a little in denial myself. My two month old's firing pin "looks" fantastic, but, yeah, I've neglected her (washed and cleaned and noaloxed, but no filing). Looks aren't everything, ;). Thanks for the tip.

I just had to cut a little notch in my tube on my woodvil. It has been fine for 2 weeks then suddenly the tube landed just right in my bottle and boom almost 0 juice into the atty. Was not a new trick to me so I know what was wrong right away. but it may well be your problem.

I've heard those feeding tubes are made of rubber. The risky engineers on this forum have been so bold as to cut almost two millimeters from the bottom, but at almost 50 cents for a replacement, it's not a risk I'm willing to take.

'Ey there Shipmate! :p

"Bust that Rus...er Oxidation.."

Bottle woes, like covered previously can be associated to the tube, the gasket/o-ring in the bottle and overall bottle torque.

Performance issues.. sounds like a personal problem, take it to the Chaplin...JK

If you are getting weak vapor check to ensure your fuse and firing pin are making solid contact, ie: the fuse contacts both the floor of the REO and the battery negative terminal and that your firing pin has connectivity to the 510 post as well as the battery positive terminal.

I am an over achiever and even with the brass shim I still apply Nolax to it as well as the fuse mods contacts. Hope it all gets sorted.
