Hey all. I've always been intrigued by the Copper line but have never ordered one as I pretty much stick to mods that accept my favorite battery, the AW 17670. Much to my delight, Atmos came out with the Q2v3 this year so I had to get one. Well, I've had my Q for 3 days now and think it's time for a review.

Before getting to the Q, I must comment on the outstanding customer service of Atmos. Rick answered my email questions and it seemed like he went out of his way, not just to make a sale, but to recommend a setup that he thought was right for me. Thanks Rick, I am indeed glad to get a 510 Copper with a 510/901 adaptor.

Next up is shipping. I ordered it late Friday afternoon and received it at 1PM Monday - sweet!

Initial reaction? Well, I opened the box with the expectation that an Ace Hardware type piece of brass pipe with a couple of end-caps would fall out and that would be it. Wow, was I wrong. After pulling away the bubble wrap, what do I see but a nice carrying bag and a box with a couple of complimentary cartos and a nice note from Rick saying, "Try these". Then I pulled out the Q. Wow, pictures don't do this thing justice. The look of it, the feel of it, the sturdiness of it - none of these things come across in a photo at all. With a battery installed I find myself just bouncing this beast up and down in my hand just to marvel at the heft of it.

So how does it vape? I must admit that my biggest concern was having to press this thing against my mouth to get it to fire. As it turned out, this was not necessary as it's easy to just stick my thumbnail in the small crack between the carto and the 510/901 adaptor and give a ever so slight pull. To me it's just as easy as hitting well placed side buttons that are found on other mods. Nice, very nice. Oh, and it fires 100% of the time with a nice, satisfying vape.

That's all I can think of for now except that I am already developing an emotional attachment to my Q, much like the attachment I had to my very first car - a 1971 Volkswagon Beetle. There's just something about it, something non-quantifiable if you know what I mean. Thanks much for my Q Rick. I know my review doesn't do it justice but I tried.
