Hello, so I am fairly new to the e cig community. I had heard of e cigs before, but never actually researched them or tried them until today. So I ordered my starter kit last Saturday and due to the holiday weekend it came today. Not bad really when you figure they got the order Tuesday, shipped it out Weds, and I got my package on Thursday.

My kit came with about 3 or 4 different types of chargers. You have your USB, wall charger, car charger, & portable charger. The kit also came with 15 cartomizers & 2 autmatic batteries. Getting started was pretty easy. I just put the cart on the battery and viola' it works. So far I have tried 3 flavors. I tried the watermelon, the peach cobbler, and the apple cinamon. Honestly, I could taste the faint taste of flavor, but it wasn't strong at all. Maybe my taste buds are dead about years of smoking and drinking. I don't know. I am thinking next order I will try the WOW flavors. Tthey are coffee flavored & I think that would create a stronger taste than a fruit.

The pull and drag from the e cigarette is good. I can feel the vapor go down my lungs and come back out. It isn't as strong as an analog, but it's okay. Love my purple battery!! lol I haven't really mastered the vaping part yet. Sometimes, I take too deep of a hit and wind up coughing and etc. So I still have to pratice that.

From what I have read 1 cart = 300 puffs and 1 analog = 15 puffs. So far I haven't been able to smoke them like I do analogs. With analogs, I sit down and smoke 1 to 2 cigs and then go on my way. With this device I have been taking 2 puffs and then not smoking for an hour or so repeat. I am not sure if that is a good thing or a bad thing. My chest did hurt slightly when I first started. I think this was due to my very 1st puff being too deep.

As of right now my opinion is mixed. I am not sure what to think of them yet. It has been about 4 hours since my last analog so that isn't a big feat. Like the fact that I don't have to refill, I can just go buy more when I am out. Everything was packaged professionally and looked nice. But I am not sure what to think about e cigs just yet. Hopefully, this will help me quit smoking eventually.

Thanks for you listening. Have a great one!! :p

I think one of the most attractive things about vaping over smoking (as opposed to the health / smell / expense issues) is the amount of expandability that you have. This can also be in relation to DIY expansion. If you no longer wanted to use pre-filled carts, you could fill them yourself, or just drip onto the atomizer and avoid that altogether. If you want a different flavor, you could create your own, I've seen a vast number of detailed DIY recipes available right here on the forum.

Above and beyond that is the accessibility for new addons and mods to enhance or change the ecig experience that you have altogether. For me, I didn't get the right equipment and give it a proper go when I first started, so I'm back again. I think you may be pleasantly surprised if you stick with it.

Welcome and good luck with your Vapor King kit. Have fun with it. It takes some practice but you'll get there. Once you hit on a juice you like, order some blanks and fill them yourself. You'll save some money that way and they do taste better.

Yes, your taste buds will be better in no time. Most people vape more than they smoked in the beginning. You don't get the same instant nicotine hit that you do with cigs. It's slower.

Once you hit on a juice you like and a nicotine stength you like you'll do great. Don't try to pressure yourself too fast to give up the cigs. It'll happen slowly. Enjoy vaping!

vapor king has great 2.0 ohm cartomizers for 510 e-cigs. i dont know about their flavors but the cartos rock! i love em and they last a lot of refills...i have gotten probably about 20 refills on this one i am using and have 9 more to go lol Congrats on the journey into vaping! and i'll leave you with two things: Vape your ash off if you feel like you need a smoke cuz the first week or so can be rough as your body revolts that you arent giving it the 1000s of chemicals from analogs. Secondly, may your vaping be long lasting!

I'm new to vaping as well, and I tend to agree with you. I cough more than when I smoked, especially with the stronger nicotine juice. I want more flavour, but I'm not sure if it's a juice issue, or just inexperience on my part. I have to unscrew the cartomizer just a bit, to get vapour, and that also helps with the coughing.

Welcome! Yah, it takes some practice. There's plenty of advice on here about How To Vape, so keep reading and refining your technique. Quick tips: don't inhale too much, it's unnecessary (most of the nic apparently absorbs in your mouth) and for extra flavor, inhale a little and blow out your nose and mouth together. Enhances the taste pretty dramatically. Hang in there... I'm thinking you'll love this.

Good luck and vape on!

I was coughing a lot on the first hit or two for the first couple of weeks of vaping, and now that has gone away. And my neighbor has been trying to switch over also but can't get over the coughing thing. I have wondered if that is our lungs way of expelling all the gunk that has built up from smoking and the PG is clearing it out somehow? The research I have read says that PG is an anti-viral and is used in hospitals to keep patients from getting lung diseases. So maybe the coughing is a good thing? Personally, I was coughing all the time when smoking, and now after almost 3 months I very rarely cough. And never when vaping.
