My Riva doesn't weeble wobble or fall down!

If anyone else with a Riva is a little miffed that the designers didn't notice the 1mm of LED cover protruding from the end, dont leave it alone.

My Riva always looked like my sons inflatable clown boxer, warbling back and forth when I stand it up right.

Just take a razor blade and use the gold bezel as a guide to shave off that little excess light cover. Don't worry, it's plenty thick and you won't actualy puncture it. Now my Riva is nice and sturdy if I want it upright.

Weird. Mine have the little fake 'cherry' on the end that lights up. It was sticking out past the end just a tad and prevent the battery from standing straight up %100.

Oh well. Maybe I got a strange batch?

Also. My black box with gold sides (that the piece came in) had an instruction booklet that said 'Ego' on it. Should I be curious?

Yes, I remember, a while back, there was a company selling the ones with the led's on bottom....don't remember whom it was tho.....i guess most don't have them....

Figures. The place I got them from was really pushing them. Probably trying to get rid of them to make room for stock of newer ones. Works just fine anyway.

It looks like an Ego type battery to me.

I got a steel TRex kit in the mail today! This thing is beautiful! Gorgeous! Best looking one I have!
And I got button protectors for my Rivas.

My ordering is slowing some too. I have enough supplies to last me for a very long time now. And enough batteries to keep me going.

Ps. When I googled 'Riva 510'. I saw about 4 different style batteries all with the description as a Riva. So I'm assuming they must have gone through a couple design changes.

This Trex is very stylish. I feel like an executive with it. It's very sleek and shiny. I got a steel drip tip to match and WOW!, it's beautiful.

There also 3 major companies that make them. You have the Hello Riva, The SLB Riva and my favorite is the Eastmall Riva. I stick to the Eastmall because of the quality and the prices at Liberty Flights where I get most my Riva Kits.
