Damn this thing is a beauty.

Damn this will be a long wait. I'm just happy I'm on the early part of my mail man's route......

Thanks for a gorgeous product, it looks great. Bigger than I thought, but still gorgeous!

Ok, not waiting for the big batts to charge, I wanna vape at 6v anyway. Popped the batts outta my Prodigy and just hit the SB for the first time. DAMN.

There is a difference from 5v to 6v. Not huge, but discernable.

Dripping my new JC order that came in, JC Original and Chocolate Truffle... wow this thing works great. Pick it up once though and it is smeared, it picks up the oils in your skin like a magnet... gotta get a polishing cloth to wrap it in and carry around.

Back to vaping...

That's why I carry a pistol LOL

Man, I am loving this thing. The vapor is definately warmer than from my 5v, so that takes some getting used to. Just switched out attys to a 'fresh' one, so now I have to vape hardcore to break it in. But when I was vaping my used atty the vapor production and flavor was awesome.

The switch is second to none, very impressive with its positive click in, and click out. You can really feel the quality when you unscrew the unit to put the batts in. The threads just glide.

I really need a some silver 510 attys to make this look better though, gonna go order some right now.

Just got mine, too! It looks great. Again, bigger than I thought, but I really couldn't care less about that. I can't wait for the green light! Perfect timing too, because I think my 510 atty (I've had it for 70 days, lost the only other one I had a month or so ago...) is finally dying, as well as my 2nd to last battery.

I guess I'll just prep my new attys while I'm waiting. Oh, and I guess since I'm at work, I could do some work. :D

Thing of beauty!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had pre-ordered two big bats (18650) so they were charged and ready to go the instant I pulled the SB outta the bubble wrap. Also had a 901 cart ready, didn't even want to start out with the 510 cart.

WOW! Vapor production off the scale with 18650. Flavors, even subtle ones, are coming through very nicely.

Then I put in two rcr123a's more vapor that is a little warmer. And you know what, not enough more, for me, to warrant doing 6v over the 3.7v. Need more experiementation before I make a final decision on that. But love the option of just jumping between bats.

All in all the first ten minutes with my SB is creating a love affair that might require a comittment.

Never owned the original, so I have nothing to compare it to. It is about as the Prodigy, much thicker, and a bit heavier. I like the weight, I just hope I don't drop it due to the slippery exterior shine :D

Is the silver bullet about the same as the prodigy? I would love to get one of these but would like to know how they compare to eachother

Bandit, how long did it take for the 3.7 to charge up? Did you get the 2 batt charger, if so, did you charge 2 batts at the same time?

One took 5 hours to charge, one took 6 (left one went green first) so they were pretty dead. I charged them at the same time.

Very similar, but the Prodigy is a special 5v while the SB is a 6v (also 3.7).

Here is what I just wrote to someone who PM'ed me about them................

Bandit said:
Well the SB is thicker (considerably) than the Prodigy, but a more solid feel in the hand IMO.

The craftsmanship is worlds better on the SB. When you screw/unscrew it to do a batt change, the threads GLIDE, no rough feeling like on the Prodigy.

It is a tad shorter than the Prodigy.

Both have great switches, but the SB is a bit nicer. A solid "click" when you press and when you release.

At 6v the vapor is warmer (not hot, but gently warm) and I like that a lot. Vapor amount is about the same, flavor is about the same, I don't note a big difference in either.

Cleaning the SB will be easier. Any spills or leakages from the atty go into a deep well on the Prodigy, but the SB area is flat and exposed, so easier to clean.

With the SB you can go from 6v to 3.7 effortlessly, just swap the provided batts. On the Prodigy you have to buy a different switch.

I believe the upkeep on the finish will be more on the SB, but it looks so much nicer to begin with. It will require a rubdown with polish once a week or so. BUT when the Prodigy gets a nick, the powdercoat can come off revealing unfinished aluminum underneath.

So as you see... it is a toss up really. I may lean slightly more to the SB, but that could be the honeymoon phase I'm in talking too...

I have both sitting right next to me. The Prod is very nice, but it is recommended to drip with it. I have burned up a couple of carts with the 5 volts. And burning plastic is not nice to vap. But it drips great! I'm using a 801 atty in it and producing lots of good vapor.

The SB, just got today and am using the 510 atty with 901 cart. I had to shave down the sides of the cart a little so it would fit nice, but bigger reservoir = more juice = more time between top offs. The big 18650 battery should last all day, we'll see. The 3.7v produce lots of nice vapor and somewhat more flavor. It is actually amazing how much vapor is produce with the 510 atty and the SB. It is absolutely

Both SB and Prod are very close in height. SB fatter & heavier. Both are bad ... IMO. So for me, they represent the best of both worlds.
