I recently ordered an e-go mega battery and 2 LR mega atomizers, type B iirc, the ones that are round from top to bottom
I added priority shipping and Dave said he would get the order out the same day ... a few days later I got the shipment with the correcty battery but with the wrong atomizers, they were the cone type for a tank ... I called Dave immediately and he apologized profusely and accepted the blame ... after I questioned him a bit it turned out his employee made the mistake, not him ... what impressed me was the fact Dave was initially willing to take all the blame, tho not directly his fault
what impressed me even further was that Dave said he would throw in a free atomizer for my trouble, and even include a pre-paid envelope so I could send back the wrong atomizers... very cool, most retailers won't do that ... he would send it out that very day, priority shipping ... he did ask me if I had an atomizer that would last until I got the new ones ... I said I was on my last atty but I thought it would last, I really didn't know how much time I had on it, it was well used but still performing ok
5 mins later I get a call from Dave ... he said since I was on my last atomizer he was concerned that I might not get the new ones before my last atomizer stopped working, due to the holiday weekend and he would send out the new ones Next Day Delivery ... I did not ask Dave to do this, he did this of his own volition ... I thought, wow, what a considerate thing to do
here is where it gets spooky and prophetic ... the next day I get the shipment with my new atomizers ... 3 hours later, my atomizer stops working ... had it not been for Daves good-will gesture, I would have been without any atomizers until Monday, maybe longer
Dave sensed the future, he must be a mystical fortune-teller, what great karma
you can buy hardware anywhere ... you can't buy this kind of service
I said in my previous posts that RMV is my sole supplier ... this episode certainly proves why
