Absolutely Stellar Service! Above & beyond the call of duty.
I checked the ticket this morning since I hadn't heard about the diagnosis and was surprised there was no reference.
Mailman comes to the door at lunchtime for a signature and my wife says I have a package from ProVape.
I told her "I swear I didn't buy anything else".
There in the package is my "Like New" Provari Mini V2! Only 6 days after I mailed it in.
I know it was in good shape when I sent it in, but now it is like brand new. I can't tell if you are darn good at refurbishing or if you just sent me a new one.
Kudos to the Ladies & Gentlemen at ProVape.

Agree, very fast service! I had something wonky with mine when I bought it new, it wouldn't read the ohms resistance correctly and wouldn't fire. I sent it in for repair/replacement and got it returned either fixed or new within a week. The only thing I wish they would've done is tell me what was actually wrong with it! I am curious that way, and support never did tell me what exactly what they fixed.

My son has a Zombie Provari that he had bought from our local B&M. He dropped it and it still worked but there was a gap where the top ring was connected. He asked the B&M if they could send it in for service. He would pay any fees involved if they did. He is a happy camper now! His Zombie was returned in new condition. He knows it was his there is a mark in the paint he recognized. Its wonderful that Provape stands behind the wonderful products they make!

If it happens again, just put a block of wood on the cap and smack it with a hammer. And yes, that recommendation comes directly from ProVape.

I have to post this latest Provape customer service experience. I received a satin silver from the blem sale last week, and all was good until I put an 18650 battery in it and got a no fire( non AW IMR cell) I know, I do know, that Provape only recommends AW brand cells, but I have a bunch of EH IMR cells from my pre-Provari vape days. Well, I opened a ticket, Long story short, Kim, upon seeing my ticket pulled a previous return ticket from another Provari I sent in with the same issue, and told me exactly how they had (repaired ) my Previous return. Turns out, the original returned unit had nothing wrong with it, it was my batteries that were the issue. Not all IMR cells have the same button top height, and two of mine must have been just a few 100'ths of an inch shy of making contact. The technician who worked on my Provari previously, had "sanded the board to make my batteries work! I ate a big piece of crow pie right then and there folks. Needless to say, I thanked Kim for helping me to understand what the issue I was having was caused by, and cancelled the ticket. As soon as funds allow, I will be ordering a bunch of AW cells, and who will be getting the sale...? Provape! This is a company that I am happy to support with my business. They really do go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. This is a value that a price simply can not be put upon...
