At 30 watts with an Atlantis tank, my sigelei Mini hits considerably harder (better) than my Cana Mod 30 at 30 watts. Is this considered normal? I was kind of surprised. Maybe it's just that running anything at its limit could provide different results?

I've been thinking about getting a sigelei 150 for coffee table use for exactly this reason.

I don't have a Sig Mini but I can tell you my Cana 30 is somewhat under powered (30 watts on the setting will give me something around 26 watts depending on battery, charge level, resistance etc) so this maybe what you're experiencing, especially if the Sig 30 is dead accurate or even a hair over powered

do you have an inline meter you can use on both and see what you're actually getting?

My Cana likes resistances north of 1.5 ohms for some reason. My 1 ohm coils do not fire so well. Meanwhile, when the battery drops to half, I notice it's not hitting as hard as when it's fully charged.

The Sigelei mini is pretty awesome and my Sigelei 50w v2 will be here any day.

Cana will be retired to backup.

I rock Sigelei box mods Only, I had the Clopour mini 30 actually 3 of them because the screens all went to sleep and wouldn't wake up. Finally I took the last one to the range and used it to zero in the new scope on my 308. I had IPV3 didn't like the fit and finish or build quality compared to the Sigelei. I'm Sigelei exclusively unless someone steps up their quality to knock them out the top. If concealment became an issue I would rock an I-Stick 50 for power with stealth ability.
