My smok X8 wont charge please help

Sorry for your misfortune, but I hope it is still under warranty. In case you didn't know, smok has a long history of quality control issues.

I would try to get a replacement, it sounds new to you at least so hopefully under warranty. I wouldn't be messing around with an internal battery mod that didn't want to charge... Like, ever, but especially if it were a fairly powerful battery.

I don't know what is causing your problems, but I hope you get them resolved.

We must recommend this product to everyone. I know of at least 3 people who have not had failures.

I hope for @Munther 's sake he's American. Otherwise making a warranty claim might prove to be difficult.

With China shutting down for several weeks, and the warranty assumingly only valid for a couple months at best, I wonder if they could deny the claim for being past date.

Depends on where in the world... EU has a 2 year implied warranty, 1st 6 months shop has to prove it wasn't defective when sold, next 18 months consumer has to prove it was faulty when sold.
