smok xcube 2 wont turn on

helllo i have a smok xcube 2 which ive had for a while now but yesturday after charging the batteries it wouldn't restart the screen lights up and shows make and model number and the led's on the side flash then it shuts down and nothing happens at all . i have searched a few things online all i could find was a video of excatly the same problem but that was all it was

I don't have a definitive answer, but if you have a different set of batteries, I'd try them first. If it still doesn't work with another set of batteries, my next suggestion would be to follow the instructions for updating the firmware to see if that makes a difference.

+1. Try some new batteries. If that doesn't work, do the firmware.

I have to click 5 times fast every time I put my batts back in.
