My SX350 build.
Built this because I can't really find any sx350 26650 box mods. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out.

SX350
Tool-less battery swap
Countersunk spring loaded 22mm 510
Delrin chip cradle
Aluminum body
Recessed firing button
26650 battery.

Hard to give a final cost. Some things I had and some things I needed to buy, maybe about 100-120 for everything.

This is beautiful brother, holy crap that's slick. I haven't heard of the sx350 until now, very very cool. Is that a CNC machine that your using? Or is it some type of manual drill press? I'm not very experienced with anything other than a standard drill press when it comes to using drill bits to shape metal like that, man I'd LOVE to get my hands on a machine that'll let me shape aluminum manually like that!

I do it in cad first to get all the dimensions right and then did a 3d rendering to get a feel of what it will look like and then I machine it.

I do it on a milling machine the old school way.

Looks great man. That's a big bad beast!

Its not that big its pretty small for a 26650, its about the same as a hana 18650. Wider but shorter than the hana and has the same depth.
