So i was driving and had my mod in my cup holder. It was kind of leaning on its side. When i went to grab it. I had juice everywhere. Dripping out of the air holes. I lost almost all of the juice. I got home. Refilled it about half way up tried to pull on it after a few minutes and it sounded like it was trying really hard?? Then te juice started leaking again. I screwed it off my mod and you can see the air holes are caked with juice that's still leaking. Why is this a thing?? Help please. I dont want to waste anymore juice.

What kind of tank. Take it apart, clean it good. Blow out air holes. Make sure all o rings are in place and make sure everything is tighten slightly. Tightening it too tight or not tight enough can cause leaks. Also is it top fill, if it is are you closing off air holes while filling. A pic might help.

Yeah it is a top fill and no i did not close the air holes. It's a smok tf-r1. I'm not even sure how to take it apart honestly. I did screw it off of my mod though.

How did you build/wick that tank if it's a rebuildable?
Actually my brother built it for me. He also replaces my coils and such. Ive never had this problem though. And he just did it like three days ago and the last two days have been fine. I filled the tank yesterday without this problem?

Leaking problems in rebuildable tanks are often caused by bad wicking, if the o-rings etc are all OK - maybe he didn't get the wicking quite right with the last build he did for you.

You should really learn how to at least wick, as well as re-coil your tank(s) for yourself - it's really quite easy to do, as well as being quite satisfying, being able to tweak your vape to just how you like it.

Just starting out, I had factory coils. A little simpler. Then, as I learned about ohms, etc. I got a rebuildable. If I messed the rebuildable up, I still had the others.

Many Vapers have multiple toppers. They have different flavors in each for whatever mood they are in.

It becomes a hobby, almost has to.

Could it have been because i had leaning to one side amd it was in the sun as i was driving??

It's possible, especially if it's a thin juice, I'e had it happen with other tanks. Just take it home, take it apart, wipe everything down and refill. Make sure to blow out the juice from air holes before reassembly.

Did you close the airholes when you first refilled it? It more likely than not leaked when you had it tilted to it's side for an extended period of time...many tanks don't like being tilted.
Honestly, I don't think I did. But I think I fixed the problem as I have not had any leak yesterday or today. I took my tank apart, cleaned it real good and then when I put it back together I made sure not to turn everything too tight, cuz I think when it's too tight it makes the o holes warped. After I put it back together, I closed the air holes, refilled it and took a couple of pulls with the air holes closed. Haven't had any leaks at all. Also making sure I don't let it tilt at all.

Trying so many different tanks, I ended up writing notes for each. After awhile I just started using multiple toppers of the same maker/model. Because I haven't unpacked everything, most are still in boxes. I can get to them if I want, but I am happy with the KF V5 I am using. Someone mentioned the Expromizer the other day and I might pull them out. Life goes on.
