The top one is "Lil Stubby" He runs at 3.7 V with a 16340 and a LR 510 atty.

Next we have the "Steam Roller" A 6V mod utilizing 2-3.0V PROTECTED Tenergy batts (jus for you mom's out there). The SR uses a HR 901 by the way. It eats normal attys by the dozen.

Thanks to Midwest Vapor and Lite Cig for the attys, connectors, and batts.

Total cost for the Stubby = $10.00
Total cost for the Steam Roller = $20.00

Time spent cussing, loosing stuff, driving around to Lowes, Home Depot, Harbor Freight, WAY TO LONG!

Take it from me kids, Just buy the stuff theses great vendors have to offer. Unless you are one of these people on this forum who seem to have been born to make these things.

Now I know why mods are so expensive.

The end caps came off of my Steam Punk Spark Plug 3.7 V I bought from Lite Cig. For the housing I bought a 6 ft piece of stainless steel pipe and cut it to size. I couldn't see paying forty bucks for four inches of SS pipe like they want for the upgrade so I bought six foot of the stuff for twenty bucks and made my own 6 volt version.
