My USB light blinks red and blue non stop

I just received a kit and i ordered the seprate USB charger. It started off red and now the blue flickers in front of the red light and seems to be taken over the red light. Its new and only been in the charger for 3 minutes or less. Does this mean the charger is broken or the battery is charged? I'm confused

It's the cops. It's a reflection from the widow, they're outside....

It's usually red/green. IDK. What model? link? Let it charge for a couple of hours and see what it does. Blue/green usually means charged. Then vape.

Mine is red/green. Maybe yours is blue instead of green. How many little circles are on yours? Mine has 2.

Some chargers are red/green, well, most of mine are.
But I do have one from Vapor4Life that goes red/blue.

No it is not charged if the cable is flashing 2 colors.

Some USB chargers start off red then are mostly red with a short blue blink, then the blue blinks become more and more frequent alternating with red. V4L charger cables do that. When it goes SOLID BLUE it is done.

dormouse is correct,
thought "taken over the red light" meant it's already constant blue

I bought a 901 that does the same thing when it is charging. My Riva 510 doesn't do this, so it freaked me out at first. I'll have to keep an eye for the green light, I have been timing the charge up until now (no instructions were included with the 901.)
I sure hope overcharging is not a problem with these batteries - although I did read somewhere don't leave them unattended while charging.
