My USB Pass-Thru already bit the dust, ARGH!!!!

TW said just send it back, they would verify it's bad, and send out a new one, but what a pain! Not TW's fault, but the wiring on the "Pass-thru" really isn't very well insulated (Typical cheap Asian manufacturing). With such crappy material used, it was just aching to short out.

So, guess I'll be using Batt's full time until I get the exchange. Glad I got Mega's!!!

I hope this isn't the fate for my 510 passthru... Just ordered it a few days ago.. =\

I ordered a backup, just in case mine dies. The USB connector is now longer and has the corrugated rubber to help prevent shorts. Seems like quality has gotten a little better.

I used my 510 Pt all the time - I have gone through 3 of the battery-in line ones in 60 days.

Then I got a PureSmoker 510 passthrough. Unbelieveable! This thing is built like a brick $h_thouse. I think my grandchildren will be able to use it to vape! It is well worth the money.

I agree with Scamz, the Pure Smoker passthrough is built to give great vape, it's high volt, and last. Their battery mods and passthroughs are some of the best you can get.

I've only had 1 go bad. now i use 2 and keep 3 more as backups. I will not be without a pass-thru.

This is true until you factor in the longevity, then they start to look economical.
Initial cost is high with the long term cost low.
