I'll have to update my review of the smiling menthol, cause after vaping 2 cartos of it i've decided it is vastly superior to teh other menthols, primarily due to being more of a mint I think. I suspect menthol cigarettes ar only menthols instead of mints because they cannot get mint into cigarettes properly, but menthol crystals they can.
y'all're making me want to order it tonight even though i have some new flavs left to vape a bit more before deciding on my next order. behave! 
yeah, in my constant shopping cart rearrangement, i've now just ordered two boxes of the smilin carts, and 2 liquid. i just realised the menthol carts i have right now, are NOT smilin (yet i love them!) and so i can't wait to try them.
I actually like the Raspberry - but you can have my Smilin when you pry it from my cold dead... battery.
Dang, I was hoping for a 55-gallon drum size of SMILIN' Menthol, but the 5ml will have to do for now

okay, i keep dragging my thread back up so as to not create new ones constantly.
i've just filled a cherry cart that was very near empty (the batt wasn't close to dead and was getting next to nothing, and it looked bone dry). this would be my fourth filling attempt, which by now, is easy for me to do. i've watched The Video several times, where the man gets about 20 drops in total.
my question is, do you have to use V4L's juice? why i ask is because i got 7 drops in to where it was looking quite full. i capped it, spun it, opened it again, and it looked dry, to where i could get more in, as many have said they could. i put in just 4 more, and it looked full again. spun again. when i went to vape with it, it was VERY gurgly and wouldn't vape at all, so i must've drowned the cart.
are you ONLY supposed to drop your drops in just one spot? the video said not to rotate your cart around (ie: even distribution) and i don't believe i did, i just kept dripping into one spot.
does this happen to anyone else? that was only 11 drops total i got in. my last one went okay, when i dripped coffee over a menthol cart (yum!!!!) but the vape was not nearly as good, cloudwise.

When I first started filling I did overfill quite a few times. On a freshly washed carto I get about 30 drops from a 5ml bottle in without chancing an overfill. It is a bit more difficult to determine how much to put in when the carto really isn't dry yet and just takes some practice, remember that not everyone vapes them as dry as possible, some stop early to avoid singeing the batting.
I do rotate my carto as I fill now, and I also drip some in from the bottom for max saturation and then spin them. I tend to stop filling when it only takes about three drops for it to look lightly slushy again, give it a final light spin and call it full.
If you do overfill you can do a few things, give it a very short sharp blow from the mouth end and it will cause some juice to squirt out (either hold it over a paper towel or over another carto or juice bottle to catch the juice for reuse) then give it a light spin again. Or you can also take a paper towel and roll a corner up and dab it in there to absorb excess juice. Or if you don't think it's terribly overfilled you can just vape it down a bit, realizing you might get a bit of excess juice in your mouth and lousy vapor production until the level is better.

When you drip the drops in, be careful to let it soak in before you add the next drop. The trick is not to let it get into the center tube. I used to overfill a lot...
Honestly I'm not that careful when I drip, spinning it seems to force it into the batting even if it did go into the center tube. I've even been known to just count out thirty drops in a cleaned dry carto, creating a big puddle on top and down the center and then just spin the juice into place and vape.
I'm pretty to new to refilling as well, but so far, I've gotten much better results if I rotate the cart while putting about 10-12 drops in, spinning, and then repeating one or two more times. I've only tried refilling used carts, haven't ventured into the blanks just yet.
these are good tips, thank you so much. i went back on the refilling vid sticky and read a bunch of replies there, too. we'll see how my next round of refilling goes. i tend to wait, now, til i have a couple ready or needing to be refilled.
