I know par, but I guess we can't complain due to our location. When I tried ordering express, the vendor was told by USPS that they can't ship express to Guam so they gave me a $19.00 store credit for the balance.
Yeah! We should start a vape meet here I know there are more than 2 of us vapers here in Guam.
