Nowadays, unlike before, there are a lot of US vendors who have US territories added on to their shipping list under "State" although territories are not a state, at least they consider us a part of the USA. 
Then you still have the US vendors that do not have any US territories on their shipping list or consider us International and expect us to pay for International shipping.
My question, why? Is it:
1) Because of our location? Because if it is, that is BS. If that is so, then my initial impression is that you do not want any of our business.
2) Because it costs more to ship to US territories? That is BS as well. If it is a US territory, the main postal service would be the United States Postal Service so I highly doubt there is a difference in shipping costs. As an example, the shipping cost to send packages from California to Florida vs Florida to US territories by USPS ARE THE SAME!!!
3) Because you think there is not that big of a market? Well, if you don't ship to us, we will never buy from you, so how will there ever be a market. In addition, some of us have US military bases on our islands which jumps up the population so, small market? I don't think so.
So far, I have been very lucky to find US vendors such as Volcano, Avid, AltSmoke, SmokeAnywhereForPennies, Discount Vapors, 310 Vapers, Blue Mist, Vapor Bomb, Parkes, etc.
There is one in particular who just added my location Guam to their shipping list, vaporbeast (Thanks guys).
So for all other vendors who think it is useless to add US territories such as Guam, CNMI, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, etc., you are loosing out and we will never buy from you, even if you consider us International, no matter how good your products are!! Just one location might not be a big market but if all combined, it will make one hell of a market!!
