I purchased my ego 510 kit from my vapor store, it came with the portables charger/case. When I received it, it did not work. I emailed them, returned the old one, and received it in a few days. Well, as luck would have it, the button to open the case popped off as soon as I tried to use it. I emailed the store again, and they sent me a brand new one, no need to return the broken one, and it works perfectly! Great CS!
