I was wondering how long it takes to get items from my vapor store. And if there customer service was good.

Yeah they ship out of NY, but are generally pretty efficient. I've never had any need to deal with their customer service, so I can't comment to that.

Another glowing review. They ship your order usually the same day or the following, depending on the time of day you order. And the customer service is stellar. I was one of the people who had isses with the original ipv4 mods. They replaced it with the IPV4S,free of charge, even though it was not their fault.

My Vapor Store is in NY, I've met the owner customer service is good as well. Only reason I don't order from them is because I'm also in NY and thanks to that I pay nearly an extra 9% on anything on their site which sucks for me.

They are my main online resource since probably 2010. I've never seen another company that ships as fast. One of my last orders they had it filled and shipped, within the hour! Rarely takes more than 2 days to get to me and I'm in Arizona.
Also Ive never found lower prices anywhere, for the quality and authenticity. I'm another one that has had nothing but positive experiences with them.

purchased my first mod, tank and some ejuice from them about a month ago when I started I believe they are posted in New York and I got my package in just 3 days and I live in Hawaii. to me that is saying something. I didn't expect it to be 3 days. customer service idk never really had any troubles with my package seemed straight forward for my order. just wish they carried more things especially juice lines

Shipping is usually pretty fast. Customer service is great. I recieved a bottle of five pawns fallen, and the bottle some how leaked. I sent an email w/pic of wet container and they had another on the way the next day. N that stuff is nearly 30 bucks a bottle.
