You can rebuild the coil and wick on the stardust if you don't want to chuck them when they burn out. There's several video on how to do it.

Knowing what I know now, if I was to do it over again I would order the cheapest ego kit I could find of any type just to get the batteries and charger (unless you can find them cheaper separately) and use the stardusts exclusively. They smoke like a dragon, clean easily, never leak, easy to fill, cheap at $5 a pop and you can rebuild them. How can you go wrong? I'm turning a few friends on to them and if they want to chuck them after they burn out, I'll take them. Heck, I may never have to buy another one. LOL.

I wanted this particular one to be my first ecig because it seems so easy to refill...

Unless you have to use a syringe... or it's a carto tank, practically all ecigs are easy as hell to refill. And if you want the ultimate in convenience, then get a bottom feeder, like the Reo Grand. Noobies tend to want an ecig that is discrete, so it may not be for you... just saying.

There's nothing special about the Jantyu Neo Classic that make it easier to fill than say, a Smoktech DC Mega Carto, to name one that I really like.

The look of the device had a lot to do with it too

i am going to pick up some stardust cartos when i come back from my trip though... saw the reviews on it and looks pretty cool on the ego manual and neo auto batteries.

UPDATE: MY JANTY JUST ARRIVED!!

I spoke to the inspector, and then boarder services, and then again with the inspector to have him fax over a form stating that if the nic was removed he would clear the product.

I was very surprised at how nice both the inspector and boarder services were... nothing like the customs people I've dealt with at airports.

Funny thing is, I got a call from DHL to come down to my lobby and when I came back up, Canada Post was at my door with my Joyetech eGo-T lol

I was worried I wouldn't have my first e-cig for my long trip, now I have 2... and I'll be getting some Stardust cartos tomorrow :D

THANKS TO ALL FOR THE ADVICE!!

Dont see why they would not work on the batt.....I do not think they are sealed though so you will want to be very careful about getting juice into the battery connection.

the auto without airflow does not have the threading like the ego's... hmm... i might go with a DCT for the neo.

The Stardust doesn't require the actual eGo threads as long as the connector is raised like a standard eGo so the skirts of the Stardust can fit down on the battery. I've used the Stardust on the eV Torch for example (no eGo threads) and it worked fine. Ditto on the EVO.

That's true, but the auto non-airflow batteries I've got wont let the skirt down. So I will need the attachment mentioned on the prior post.

A good buddy of mine was actually thinking of getting into vaping so I might just sell it to him and get myself a couple of auto airflow batteries. I haven't experienced any leaking issues with any of the units I've used so far (puromizer, ego t, and stardust) so I'm not too worried about the hole in the battery.

I'll keep my ego batteries for maintainace purposes like dry burns and such.

Too bad they are sold out everywhere :(
