I started vaping 12/15. Haven't had an analog since. I've been smoking since I was 11 (I'm 33), finally quit cold turkey 9 years ago. After 3 years of not smoking, we were in a car accident, and my oldest son died. Immediately went back to smoking. Found out some very bad stuff 3 days ago, and I asked my husband to move out this morning. So far, I've been doing okay with my PV, but if anyone has some prayers/good thoughts they can spare, please send them in my direction, I'm going to need it!

I.Am.Not.Going.To.Smoke.Ever.Again. I refuse to give in.

Just take it one day at a time that's all any of us can do you will be in my thoughts and prayers. Don't give up.

Yes Lisa one day at a time. Yesterday I was like you with the analog craving but I stayed strong and made it through without giving in. Today I am so happy I did and you will be too.

Sending lots of love, positive thoughts, and prayers your way! I know it's hard to see the end of the tunnel when you are plunged in the darkness, but there is a light there, even if it is hard to see at times.
If you need someone to talk to, even if its just to get your through a few minutes at a time, I'm only a PM away!

I was reading your thread Lisa, and my wife could tell from across the room I was bummed out. She asked whats wrong and so I read your post, my whole family stopped to listen and then there was a moment of pause. Your story struck a cord with everyone in this house. Fast forward to dinner tonight and my daughter looked up at me before we sat down and said, "that lady is strong and she's been thru so much but she didn't go to the gas station to buy a pack of cigerettes instead she asked for prayer. So dad can we make sure tonight we pray for her." Lisa tonight just like everynight before we sit down to eat we prayed but then everyone in are family wanted to say a special prayer just for you so we went around the table and did just that. Me, my wife and kids hope you feel better soon and remember Lisa your worth it, everyone on this thread that has quit smoking had a reason for quiting and every once in a while we need to remind ourselfs that we are worth it.

Dang it t40forty! I was so proud of myself for not crying, and now I'm in my room with the door locked, doing just that. Thank every one of them for me, will you?

And I want to thank ll of you for the support and kind words. They mean a lot to me.

I will get through this, I don't plan on wasting another minute of my life on something I can't change. I will not smoke, because my daughter asked me not to, and I quit for them. She proudly tells everyone that I quit because she asked me to, and I won't take that from her.

You guys are the best. Thanks.
