My wish for New Years

I have a lot to be thankful for and have my own little personal list of things I am hoping for in the next year. However, I have one very special wish for the next few days.

All of you enjoy the New Year celebrations but above all, be safe. Take care of yourself and those around you and be aware. If you are going out, have a cab or a DD. If you are having people over or going to someone else's home, make sure someone who is responsible is keeping an eye on those imbibing. Just be smart. Have fun, but be smart.

I will be spending the evening at home with my sister and brother-in-law. We hardly ever drink, but I am planning on having a nice little kahlua & cream. Might even have 2.

Oh poor baby, sorry you feel bad. But glad you had so much fun, Debra! We spent a quiet evening, barely managing to stay up until midnight. We did our usual tradition -- glass of shangria wine, some sauerkraut out of a can, and saying the Lord's Prayer at midnight. Not nearly as exciting as your evening I dare say.
