They are nice units. Don't bother with any atomizer/cartridge thing that might come with them. Just get cartomizers and juice...and cones! I like the eGos...don't pay much attention to the "C" and "T" and "Z" and whatever else they call them. A Joyetech eGo is an eGo. They are reliable and a great way to start out one's vaping journey.
I would just get a couple of the Ego blister packs from there. They come with the battery, clearomizer and a short charge cord and they're very inexpensive and make a great starter kit. MFS is a great place to buy from too.

I'm another Fan of My Freedom Smokes! Just placed my Third order with them moving up to eGo Twist 1100mah, 650 Pass Through, Various Cartomizers, Clearomizers & Tanks! Big Fan of their Max Menthol eJuice both PG & VG! They have been very helpful with all my questions, always answer the phone and thanks to Dustin in customer service found this Forum! Though I have purchased from three other vendors recently My Freedom Smokes is still Top on My List!

Add another fan of MFS. I bought just about everything I own from them. Also, on my first go around with them, I had some problems with one item. I contacted them and heard back from Chris pretty much right away. Even after fixing the problem...and I was very satisfied with the fix/customer service already....Chris also credited my account for the item as well. Every order I've placed ships either the same or next business day. Definitely a go to place in my book.
MFS is my one of my go to vendors, great prices and fast shipping. I purchased 2 EGO 1000mah pass through and 2 twists and they have worked flawlessly.
Unlike most here (apparently) I think the ego-c atty/cartridge setups work quite well, especially for a beginner. I don't use mine much anymore, but they're PERFECT for an intermediate "taste" of a new juice, somewhere between a dripper and filling an entire clearo. I've found that while drippers give the best flavor, they don't necessarily represent what you'll get out of the juice if you're going to fill a carto or clearo, and the ego-c lets you put about 1/2 ml in the cartridge and try it out for a little while
