I don't know if I spoke to soon or not. Since my last post, the screen is still showing that it is "processing" the survey and has not gone to the next . . . Hopefully, you got the survey that I completed.

Completed the survey,would be nice to order everything at one place.But with the multitude of different items it would be very hard for a vendor to stalk everything I might need.
Thanks for letting us know. Actually, that's one of the insights I expect to gain from the survey, and is something that we are working on for the future here at MFS. The problem is that with the current rate at which new products are being introduced, updated, etc. it makes for thousands of potential products to weed through to find the best of the best, which is what we want to offer.
I just took a look at the survey duration for respondents. There is a large cluster that finish between 10-18 minutes as estimated, another slightly smaller cluster around 30 minutes for those that I'm guessing either took their time or really put a lot of thought into it, and then a few outliers that took an hour or more. Pretty interesting stuff.
BTW...I really appreciate the honesty, time, and effort that everyone is investing in this, it should produce some very solid results. I really expected about half of the respondents to just rush through it without really even reading the questions, but I don't think anyone has done that so far.
I thought it was a pretty thorough survey & was fast moving .
