A week ago I ordered an FS ego kit and an extra battery from myPVshop.com. I got everything quickly but I am sorry to say that one of the batteries in the kit was DOA. I contacted Jay via their site on Monday (Aug. 1) and already have the replacement (Aug 3). He sent a self addressed stamped envelope for return of the dead one. Can't ask for much more than that. If you are in the market give him a look. By the way loving the FS ego its my first upgrade from a grocery store 510 automatic and I was so sick of always changing batteries, wow what a difference.
