I ordered about $140 worth of stuff from AltSmoke and I received it with very fast shipping. I am very impressed with my new Silver Bullet I received, it is straight gangster. I loaded it up with an 18650 and I blasted off, incredible. Also with this order I had an 18650 that arrived DOA. I simply emailed AltSmoke and told them of the battery being DOA. Twenty minutes later I was contacted via email stating that they had a new battery on the way. Well here is the email reply;
Hi James,
We've got a fresh battery coming to you,
It will have return postage, so when you get the battery, place the dead one in the included envelope, the postage is paid, so just drop it in a mail receptical.
