Ok, I'm confused...why are we posting 2nd week numbers, when this one doesn't end until 2/23?

My understanding is because it IS the second week.
Week 1 - Feb. 12-18 (though contest started on the 14th) = 4 days to post
Week 2 - Feb. 19-25 (though contest ends on Feb. 23!) = 4 days to post

So Week one was last week and week 2 is this week. Least that's MY understanding.
