Mystic juice is a different color

I have been ordering Mystic since it first came out and it has always been pink. The last 2 bottles I ordered were clear. I just ordered 2 more bottles and they are pink like they used to be. Does anyone know why the previous 2 bottles would have been a different color. I was thinking maybe it just wasn't steeped before I bought it. Any ideas???????????

Does it taste the same? I've gotten different colored subzero before but they both tasted exactly the same so I wasn't concerned about it.

Steeping or Nic strength? Though that shouldn't change the color.

You could inquire about a batch issue. Compare the LOT number to what you had/have.

Mystic is great.

As the nicotine ages (degrades) it will darken in color. That is how "steeped" (open to the air to breath) juices can darken a bit.

That is the only reason a juice should "normally" change. If they are the same nic strength then they should be the same color, since my guess is the "steeping" that Halo does do in house, is not a method that will contribute to the degradation of the nicotine.

anyways, yeah... I dont see how nicotine aging would take truly clear to light pink. It would very pale light pink a slightly darker light pink over time.

I know nic level effects color. And most eliquids change color as it ages.

I started a similar thread about a bottle of SubZero I got. I bought bottles of it for months and months, and it was always a rich pink. But one bottle I got was practically clear, with just a pink tint. Everyone assured me it would probably darken over time, and sure enough, it became more pink the longer I had it. But more importantly, throughout its lifetime it tasted and vaped exactly the same as it always had. So I'm 99% you've got nothing to worry about. Enjoy it!
