Hey skullrockerem,
Curious to know if you ever received your MF e-pipe and if so, how long did you have to wait? If you got it, are you happy with it?
I placed and paid for my e-pipe and Churchwarden stem three months ago. Not only am I still waiting, they won't even respond to emails from me, simply asking for some kind of an ETA. Wondering if I should start to worry, myself?

Due to malfunctions on their website, I placed my order via e-mail on February 26th. I did not receive an order number but was told that because they dropped the ball on my first order, they would process this order "right quickly." Obviously, "right quickly" has different meanings for different folks... that was three months ago. I don't really mind the wait but the complete refusal to communicate is just bad business.

From what I have gathered from other customers they have always delivered... that being said it took them months to deliver. I don't care if it takes a long time to get a custom ordered product, I'll wait for 6 months as long as I am told that it will be 6 months and not 4-6 weeks. I find it laughable that it still says that on the website. I am not bashing their product, cause they are quite nice, just the atrocious service. I have since placed my order for a freight train mod "The General." They contacted me within hours of my email inquiry and made me feel very very sure about ordering from them. So from my experience, next time I will go with the established folks, Epipemods, FTM, Pipesmith, PC mods of Australia, Springfield, and steven Johnson pipes. I will let those following this thread know the second it arrives and hope yall will do the same so we can get some peace of mind.

I got two MF e-pipe bowls on eBay last month, and then went directly to the MF website to buy two spiffy stems and a bunch of extra battery springs.

I ordered these stems and springs on June 4. I still haven't received my order.

To the OP--don't hold your breath. These guys seem to work on a mythical timeframe...

And to be honest, the V1 pipes (with the leather tops) might look cool, but they don't work very well, and are prone to misfiring and shorting.

My next e-pipe will be from another company--that's to be sure. And my next e-pipe will DEFINITELY be a regulated device, like a Frieight Train Mods General.

IF a product is very good, or something I can't get anywhere else, I will put up with a LOT of delay and back-log waiting. But when a product is not made well AND customer service sucks, I don't care what sort of excuses they have--they won't continue to get my business...
