I have ordered several pieces of hardware from them. Great shipping (due to USPS as well) and I've no reason for customer support, so I can't comment on that.

I have never had an issue with MVS, and a friend of mine had bought her ipv mini from then, it broke something like 5 days after the warranty was up on it, but she contacted them and they replaced it anyways.
I have ordered nearly everything I have of any value from MVS. Whenever there has been a problem, they have taken care of me, even if it meant just giving me free stuff. I cannot recommend them enough. 
Yep. I had an Ego One clearo strip the afc threading after the standard return period. They shipped a new one out for free and told me to not bother shipping the defective one back. Just took my word for it to please the customer. Awesome customer service in my experience.

Actually this has been true of almost any direct sales, long before the internet.Shops that say was $41 and you only pay $29.99 are sometimes to be avoided.
Truth is, the subtank mini is not usually $41 and the official Kangertech website is set up to charge you more money than necessary because it plays on peoples fear of buying over the internet.
Google "subtank mini" and see what you find. It's $30 everywhere.
You can choose to pay $30 at over 20 stores.
It really is a buyers market.
The reason is as a manufacturer you do not distribute goods to retailers and then take sales away from them.
Sort of a bite the hand that feeds kinda thing. If you undercut your very own suppliers soon your not going to have any.
On that note, I have ordered a few times from them over a 4 year period, never had a problem

I'm with you, Frenchfry. I have several different vendors I buy from regularly, depending on who has the best prices or a coupon code that brings the price down to what I want to pay. It definitely pays to shop around. There are a number of great vendors online.

Exactly - you've mentioned 'they' several times now and not said who you are referring to.
More details please - who is saying they are selling clones? Which product are they supposed to be selling clones of?

I've ordered a few things from them myself. Got a subtankmini and a couple drip tips just a few days ago. Good prices, fast cheap shipping.
Hey, it could happen anywhere on here. The fan boys are the worst... I'm never sure if they're serious.
