N-Joy? More like No-Joy.

So yeah, after surviving on Blu disposables because of a broken kit, I tried an N-Joy. EW! This was the most acidic, melted-sock, harsh vape I've ever had. I did a double-inhale, and it set me into such a coughing fit that I coughed up stomach acid. This product is not right. Blu may have faulty products, but I believe Johnson's Creek makes for a very healthy tasting, smooth vape that I enjoy. Jesus, I don't know if this is PG vs. VG or what, but the N-Joy's taste like poison to me; this is the type of vapor that gave me a week long throat infection a year back. No wonder the FDA wants to regulate this stuff! I'd ban this brand if I were them, there's no way this type of vapor can be healthy; it makes my teeth feel like sandpaper on the backs, and burns my mouth tissue with a metallic haze.

The only thing I can say is thar N-Joy has mastered the art of making an e-cig look like an actual cigarette. The LED light wins an award for most realistic.

I just hope most vapors aren't this harsh.

Tell us how you really feel.

Sorry. Many do like them, and some don't. I really hope you find something that works for you, but I would be surprised if it turns out to be something that looks like a cigarette.

I did try a Blu, and also what seems to be an uncommon brand called EZCigarette. The latter was pretty good, but didn't last long enough to justify the price. It was a disposable, by the way.

I have been off the e cig alike for a long time now but I have a couple of the n joys from when they were giving away free samples. I save them for the very stressful times. I did try it ans really wasn't impressed. Guess I have been with the Spinners and my carto tanks too long. Even the act of smoking was so foreign to me...just didn't feel right! LOL

I'm looking forward to NJoy free sample in Vape Mail this week. From everything I've heard they are the closest thing to a real cigarette. Not that I'm interested in that in the least. But many smokers ARE looking for that same taste, smell, draw, etc. Anyways, it won't be long before I can judge for myself. The main reason I signed up for the freebie was to be able to give INFORMED advice to smokers that just refuse to try anything bigger than a cig a like.

A decent cig a like MAY just be a 'gateway' device for the masses. Many here have seen the ECF contest entry video "The 4 Stages of Vaping" along with reading others experience of a similar nature. The 'transition' stories are posted almost daily somewhere on the Forum.

both them and blu's, my favorite small realistic one was and still is my eroll
Sounds like you're talking about the NJoy rechargeable electronic cigarette.
I think this thread is about the NJoy King disposable.

But actually, I'm not sure since the OP didn't say.

Honestly, the N-Joy was nothing like a cigarette; 10x harsher. This would seriously turn most cigarette users back to cigarettes for being TOO harsh. It's like acid in the mouth. I don't want my vape to be chemically hot, I'd rather have a hot temperature.
Did you get the 45mg/ml strength or the 30mg/ml strength?

They have a great feel to them though. I got one for my son a month or so ago and tried it. I thought it was pretty good for an intro to vaping. Very realistic in that it lasted about three times as long as a cigarette. $8.00 plus for three cigs worth. They gotta get their pricing straightened out or better yet sell it with a decent battery.
