N00b Just received Ego twist

Hello all

I just received my ego twist in the mail and I figured out how to charge/fill the atomizer. It came with some 0 nic flavor so I thought I would try that in there while I experiment so I don't waste my nic stuff. Well I'm getting comfortable using it and I would like to clean the atomizer out and put the other flavor with nic in it. My question is how do I clean the atomizer? Can I just dump it out or would that ruin it? and I want to clean it out as the generic flavor is banana and I want to vape the expresso with nic. I believe it is a wickless atomizer. Any help would be appreciated. I found a good vape store in my area and I will probably be headed there tomorrow to pick up a new tank and flavors. Thanks in advance.

what kind of atomizer do you have?

Knowing what kind you have will help on the particulars, but, in general, you should be able to remove the atomizer, dump out the tank, and rinse both of them completely. Others will tell you about soaking in vodka, dry-burning, and all, but you can easily get by just drying the tank and atomizer with a paper towel and refilling.

Later down the road you're going to want a better battery/mod. Highly suggest getting an MVP2.

Thanks for all the tips. Does a ce-5 sound correct? I apologize as I am still very new to this. And I agree with the mvp2. I bought the ego twist as it was cheap and seemed to be a good way to find out if I will stick with it. Next on the list is the mvp2.

If you have something to put the juice in dump in that rather than waste it. Then just rinse everything in hot water. Dry out the part you put the juice in (tank.) Blow thru the air tubes of both the atomizer and tank to remove excess watrer. Then refill with the juice you want. Because the wick (even in what's called "wickless") is wet with water, the taste will be muted the first few draws but will shortly be full flavor.

imo just dump it out and fill er up! after a few hits the banana flavor should disappear, but thats just my lazy ways

And when you get the new mod get the Aspire Nautilus tank to go a long w/ it. Those CE5 tanks are trash.

Just saw your link after posting this... CE 5 is not wickless... here's a good video on how to use/disassemble for cleaning.
