N00b--need e-liquid sites please!

what's the site to go to for Dekang products? Is Dekang a brand?

Also, as a completely aside, what is UP with some of these site designs??? I google some of these names/brands and their sites are HORRIFIC looking...like the types to steal credit card numbers (sorry, i'm a web designer by profession and can't help but gasp at the fact that i get nervous as to whether to order or not!)!

As for the safety, use your best judgement, but poke around the supplier forums on ECF. If they are a registered supplier, then they are generally recognized as safe.
