Been looking around for my first mod and have it narrowed down to either a gg or super t. The problem seems to be the battery life. Looks like both of them only last about 2 hours on heavy vaping. I was really looking for something that would last all day. I don't really want to keep recharging or keep a lot of extra batteries with me. I currently have a Joye 510 and got a pcc but would like to lighten up my arsenal. I work 12 hour shifts in manufacturing and carrying all this stuff around is getting cumbersome. I am looking for a true 3.7 volt that isn't too big with sealed battery compartment and hopefully a locking switch so it doesn't turn on in my pocket and is 510 compatible. Any help will be most welcome.

Any mod that uses a 3.7v 18650 battery will easily get you through a 12 hour shift, but it's a big battery, so it will be a big mod. I love my Silver Bullet from AltSmoke too. It uses a 18650, 510 atomizer, has a sealed battery compartment, and its recessed button won't go off in your pocket, but it isn't a "small" device.

Consider the Janty eGo, too. It's not that much bigger than a standard 510, has a similar button, and the sealed 3.7v batteries last me 8 to 10 hours and take less than 2 hours to charge. All I carry to work now is my eGo, one spare battery, and a small bottle of juice. I always have a spare atomizer and cart in the car regardless of what device I'm carrying.

I second the eGo. Although it's not a mod, it has everything that you're looking for, minus the locking switch. I usually just twist off the atty a little so it doesn't activate...a little annoying but it works. I've been vaping a little more than I smoked (about a pack a day) and one batt lasts me the whole day; I stopped bringing a spare battery around. The eGo is my only unit, but all I've heard is that if you like the 510, you'll love the eGo...it's a 510 on steroids. It looks big in pictures, but I was really surprised at how small it actually is.

I chain vape and ended up settling on a 14500 set up. One in my mod and one in my pocket is all I need to see me through 24 hours and the mod is a lot more pocketable. 18650 is still king for long life but is just a bit too big for going out for my liking. BUT.... you'll never really know until you try what works for you. One of each gives you a backup and that's always a good idea!!.

I have been looking for a smaller device, I have the SB and loving the 3.7 with the low ohm attys.....do you think the ego would be the way to go?

Yes, yes and yes.

Ego/Tornado's battery, vapor production and TH are excellent. Consistent till the battery needs charging. Will not dwindle off like other e-cigs.

Small, sexy and pocket-able. Only concern is accidental switch misfire in pocket. But that is a really minor concern.

It's true voltage is 3.1, but vapes like a champ.

Never tried a LR atty, but heard that it simulates 5v vaping.

Read the reviews. You'll learn much from there.

I also have a 510 and have been considering getting something that will last longer. I'm tired of changing the batteries constantly and having to make sure I have a charger or PCC all the time. I've been considering getting the tornado/ego for the better batt life. Although the TW tornado seems like a better value as it comes with 2 atty's. Any opinions/advise on these would be welcome. Thanks!
