NASCAR & E-Cigs?...Pretty cool!

I'm slightly jealous, but I think it's cool that an e-cig company is breaking into big sports industry such as NASCAR. It's a good sign that e-cigs are here to stay, and makes me as an industry person feel a little more comfortable about the state of our industry.
I think this was just released so I thought I'd post it. If anyone is going to the Coke 600, let us know how e-cigs did against Skol, and ..........lol!

Thanks for posting; I am glad to see some mainstream advertising. The car looks good, and I would think at a minimum, it will get people talking and thinking about e-cigs.

Blus suck. This is a great way for 1000's of people to try a Blu, think their low quality is typical of all PVs and completely write them off.

Some people really like them. I've never tried them (blu), but I've tried a couple of those types, and didn't care a whole lot for them, but they were good enough to get me to explore further.

Time for some guerrilla marketing if you ask me... QR codes on stickers placed to link back to ECF (vendor agnostic QR codes that is), treat the ECF vapor ladies to tee shirts w/ URLs and QR codes and tickets to NASCAR events (sorry, I'm a pig headed man sometimes but you've got to admit they'll get more attention than moobs). Hmmm.... I drive past Michigan International Speedway every day (I live two miles from it). I wonder how long it will be before I start seeing giant ecig ads.

100% agree with you Johnny. BUT blu is the one with the big bucks to to it. And we all know, It's just a shame how they GET those big bucks. (and many more disgruntled ecig users)

I started out with GS and used it happily for 8 months, and I'd rather see their advertising on a race car than big tobacco any time!!

I wish some of the better brands would sponsor a car though...still better some than none we could use the exposure.

I honestly think the eventual change in Cup sponsorship was to avoid having to change the at-track culture. They appeased the TV Gods in order to maintain the expanded venue access across the country. The least they could've done is something still more... err... ummm..... wow.. there is no PC way to say this so I just won't. -Magnus

I agree especially being as they have banned all cigarette advertisements. I expect the e-cig haters will protest it though so we will see how it goes.
