nasty taste

i got some new attys and the have the worst taste i have every tasted what shuld i do to get rid of the taste?

Blow them out. Put the threaded end into your mouth and blow until no liquid is coming out the other end. They ship these attys with a primer that tastes awful. It will still take a few sessions to completely remove that taste.

If you have sealed manual batteries -

* blow out the atty, prime with 3-4 drops of juice on the mesh bridge /\, wait for that to soak in, vape mostly off without inhaling (if possible w/ a drip tip or empty cart). Repeat from *. Now repeat again but try inhaling.

If you have auto batteries or any manual with an open hole in the center of the threaded end then you have to be very careful not to flood the atomizer and get juice on the end of your battery (you can damage or kill an auto battery that way).

Great advice from Mouse and Jerkwater. I like to have a little bottle of plain PG around for new attys. Put in a few drops, blow it through, repeat a couple of times. PG is inexpensive so you're not wasting your commercial juice. After that I follow Jerkwater and Mouse's directions

Probably primer fluid from the manufacturer. Try blowing out with canned air or just blow it out good with your mouth. Force air thru it then prime it with some juice. Good luck

Heyas Curts,

I had the same problem, even after blowing them out, rinsing and letting dry, etc. Bought an ultrasonic jewelry cleaner for about 30 bones shipped, from amazon. Now I put all my new atties through that, rinse with hot water, and let 'em dry for a day or two before first using them. Seems to work so far.

Another thing on the pv learning curve....... Besides blowing them out, running them dry and burning the liquid can leave a nasty taste that stays with you for quite a while.
